What has happened to the preaching of the word of God?

The body of Christ or the Church as it is now called was born at Pentecost, 50 days after the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus, the Christ. This was in accordance with the fulfillment of Old testament prophecies. The Church started out with the fervency of preaching the word 'in season and out of season,' but as the centuries rolled on, the passion for the gospel message dissipated to nothingness, the church lost her transmission but with her engine still running, has gotten steeped in myths to the total exclusion of the gospel message as the Apostle Paul had prophesied: "For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths," [2 Timothy 4:3-4]. The Church has lost it's First Love, Jesus, and is prostituting with diabolical ludicrousities that only suit the passions of fallen man!
